Kevin Goldbach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While attending there, Kevin shared the stage with faculty members and jazz legends such as Doc Severinsen and Peter Nero. After graduating magna cum laude in 1999, Kevin started The Traveling Guitar School where he resided in Pittsburgh, PA. He also taught at the local community college where he developed and successfully implemented his own curriculum and teaching methods to people of all ages and skill level.
After moving to Charlotte, North Carolina last year, where he now resides with his wife (and vocalist) Mandy, Kevin was brought on staff at Hickory Grove Baptist Church as the rhythm section leader where he leads worship as well as composes, teaches and performs original worship music. He is also an independent sales rep and consultant for various musical instrument manufacturers such as Cort Guitars and Zephyr band instruments. Currently, Kevin is working on a guitar methods book for publication, as well as launching a youth music ministry with his wife at HGBC, where he hopes to take high school students to the next level musically through writing and ensemble performance.
Kevin will be offering private guitar instruction for all ages, styles, and levels of ability.
